Named GP

In line with the current guidelines we have allocated every patients with a named GP.  This does not change your registration and you are still able to see any GP of your choice when booking an appointment.  If you wish to know who your named GP is please ask at reception.

Patient Participation Group

We are part of the Dipple PPG - Patient Participation Group - which incorporates all the practices at the Dipple Medical Centre. This group is also supported by the Heart of Pitsea.  Greater patient involvement in personal healthcare needs and also in the development of local and national healthcare provision is an important part of the future development of effective healthcare services.  Patient participation should be seen as a very positive process but requires enthusiasm and commitment in order to achieve all the potential benefits.

If anyone would be interested in attending the bi-monthly meetings please contact the surgery.

Friends and Family

We would like to offer our patients the chance to complete the Friends and Family test. This is a short survey based on whether you would recommend us to your friends and family. You are also invited to leave a comment letting us know the reason behind your decision.

The results of this survey are collated monthly and sent to NHS England. It is hoped the results will be used to help us improve or enhance our service to you.

Cards are available at the reception desk for you to complete or there is a link on the far right of this website under "quick links" for you to complete the survey on line.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Friends and Family test.
