  • To check the outcomes/results of any investigations including test results, x-rays, ultrasounds etc
  • Not to expect a prescription from every consultation with the GP
  • To take responsibility for your own health and follow advice from GPs and Nurses
  • Advise the practice if any prescribed medication or course of treatment is not working as explained by the GP or Nurse
  • Take your medication as instructed, keep follow up appointments and attend for reviews
  • Ask for a visit only if you are unable to attend the surgery
  • Keep your appointments at the surgery and if you cannot attend contact the practice in plenty of time and let us know so that we may offer it to another patient
  • Treat all of our staff with respect and courtesy at all times
  • Notify us promptly if you change your address or telephone number
  • Remember if we are running late it may be because we are dealing with an emergency.
