New Appointment Booking System – From 13th October 2025

We’re introducing a new, more efficient system for requesting GP appointments, effective from Monday, October 13, 2025. This change is designed to ensure you get the right care, at the right time.

How to Request an Appointment from October 13th

All requests for appointments must now be submitted online. You can access the online form in the following ways:

  • Online Form
  • Practice Website: Visit the appointments section on our official website.
  • GP App: Use the dedicated app for our practice (please ensure you have the latest version).
  • QR Code: Scan the QR code available on posters displayed around the surgery.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Once you submit your request, it will be thoroughly reviewed by a clinician. This ensures that your needs are triaged appropriately. You may then:

  • Be offered a same-day appointment if your issue is urgent.
  • Receive a self-booking link to schedule a routine appointment at your convenience.
  • Be signposted to a more appropriate local service (e.g., pharmacy, community physio).
  • Receive direct advice from a GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP).

If You Can’t Use the Online Form

We understand that not everyone can use the online system. If you or a family member are unable to complete the online form, please don’t worry.

You can call us or visit reception, and a member of our team will be happy to help you submit your request.

Thank you for your cooperation as we make this important change to improve access to care for all our patients.
