Volunteer Reservist Service

The Volunteer Reservist Service is a completely new service which has been developed to help support Hospitals and other Health Care settings in times of need.

During times of emergencies, when the hospitals are particularly busy, they need the wonderful Volunteer Reservists to step in to assist the staff with non-medical roles at one of our hospitals across mid and south Essex (MSE). There are several roles on offer at the moment, but whatever is chosen, it will contribute to, and give something back to the community.  A commitment of at least four hours a month is required, but obviously they would really appreciate offers above this.  You will be asked which day(s), which hospital(s) and which role(s) the volunteer would like to volunteer for.  They are then able to filter their database to match the needs of the emergency.
